Caffeine Withdrawal
Test Subject: Nerdy Eddy, Male
Test Method: Tea, Coke, Coffee or other caffeine sources Intake Prohibition.
Test Duration: As Long As Possible.
Experiement Findings:
Day 0: Everything as usual
Day 1: Below Symptoms haunted the subject at all time
- Mood Swing
- Headache
- Nausea/Tendency to vomit
- Breathing Difficulties
- Lost of Concentration and Work Productivity, Memory Time Loss
- Hard to stay awake
Day 2: All symptoms reaching their peak
Day 3: Feeling better, but some and new symptoms emerged:
- Nausea/Tendency to vomit
- Lost of Concentration and Work Productivity, Memory Time Loss
- Hard to stay awake
- Increased frequency of urination.
- Dehydration
Day 4: Intake Resumption
The test subject started to resume the caffeine intake from Dilmah Earl Grey tea, but limited to one pack for every 1.5 liter per day.
Well, if quiting from caffeine is already that difficult, I wonder how sick it will be when a drug addict or smoker try to quit theirs. Phew, now I feel blessed not being one of them. You should not too. Don't get smoke and crack pot for your own sake.
